Choose G. Clark Shifflett, III as your lawyer

Clark began practicing law after clerking with the Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office in Birmingham, Alabama (Bessemer Division), and the Financial Division of the Tennessee Attorney General’s Office.


His practice consists of domestic relations, criminal law, personal injury, and general civil litigation. He completed his undergraduate degree in Political Science at Belmont University, Nashville, Tennessee in 2008. George is a 2012 graduate of Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law. Along with his three teammates on Cumberland’s National Trial Team, George won the National Institute for Trial Advocacy’s prestigious “Tournament of Champions” in New York City in 2011.

Choose Austin T. Kirby as your lawyer

Austin T. Kirby is the first generation of his family to graduate college, and the first to ever become an attorney. He was born and raised in Portland, Tennessee, graduating with honors from Portland High School in 2012.


Upon graduating, Austin entered the University of Tennessee, at Knoxville, getting his Bachelors in Arts and Sciences in Sociology, with a Criminal Justice concentration. Austin graduated in 2016, cum laude, and enrolled in the University of Tennessee College of Law. While attending U.T.’s College of Law, Austin was selected to become one of the only students to be allowed to practice law as a Student Attorney, where he entered the Wills Clinic to focus on Estate Planning. Austin was also one of only two students to be inducted into the Mock Trial Team to compete nationally.


Austin practices in the areas of Estate Planning, Civil Litigation, Labor and Employment Law, Family Law, Construction Law, Criminal Law, Contracts, and Business Formation and Administration.
